Product performance:

1. Higher service life. The existence of the rough surface and pits of the particles makes the diamond abrasive and the matrix bond more firmly, which can effectively reduce the falling off of particles and binders, tool breakage and edge falling off, improve wear resistance and prolong service life.

2. Better surface finish. The edge purification of diamond particles, precise particle size distribution and strict control of the presence of large particles can effectively prevent scratches on the surface of the workpiece.

3. Higher cutting force. The uniform self-sharpening and brittleness of diamond particles can improve cutting efficiency and achieve high-precision grinding and polishing effects.
